Failed Transactions
If money was debited from your bank/UPI but test series wasn't unlocked, don't worry! Contact us with your payment receipt, and we will activate your access within 24 hours.
Duplicate Payment
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded back to your original source account within 5-7 working days.
